Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of advanced deep hole processing, provides an intelligent drill pipe system equipped with radial tilting pads and applied to deep hole processing, and aimsto improve the vibration of a drill pipe, improve the rotating precision of the drill pipe, and reduce the temperature rise. The intelligent drill pipe system comprises the drill pipe, an oil conveyor and a deep hole cutting tool, wherein the oil conveyor is connected with the drill pipe; the deep hole cutting tool is mounted at one end of the drill pipe; a continuous variable clearance used forthe flow of a cutting fluid is formed between the part, close to the deep hole cutting tool end, of the drill pipe and the hole wall of a to-be-processed workpiece hole; and dynamic oil film pressureused for clamping the drill pipe is formed by the flowing cutting fluid in the continuous variable clearance.
