Abstract | The invention relates to an OCV valve gas measuring method, and belongs to the field of control valve test. The OCV valve gas measuring steps are that the product is put in the test tool and then thecompressed air is automatically piped into the P port of the OCV valve under the condition that the OCV valve is electrified, the pressure sensors and the current of the A, B, T and P ports are detected, the characteristic curve is analyzed and the maximum working flow, the central point current, the central pair width, the slope A and B and the hysteresis data are obtained, and the test system judges whether the data are qualified; and the data obtained by the OCV valve test require to be compared with the standard sample data so as to judge whether the detected OCV valve is qualified. The structural design is reasonable, the test data are accurate, the universality is high, operation is convenient and the test efficiency is high.
