Abstract | The invention relates to the field of metal plastic forming, in particular to a precise back taper forming die of transmission gear combining teeth. The precise back taper forming die comprises an upper pressing sleeve, a material pressing rod, a material pressing spring, a lower pressing sleeve, an extrusion die, a pressing die plate, a pressing sleeve reset spring, a reset rod, a die reset spring and a base. The material pressing rod and the material pressing spring coordinate with each other to elastically limit a blank so that up-down floating of the blank in the forming process can be prevented. The lower pressing sleeve and a tooth-shaped die coordinate with each other through inner pyramid faces, and conversion of pressure directions is achieved.
