Abstract | The invention discloses a production technology of a heat retaining, sound-proof and weightlight leather carving structure. The method comprises the following steps that bi-colored PU leather is selected, and composite PVC is stuck to the back face of the PU leather, the PU leather attached with the composite PVC is punched into a semi-finished product leather; the semi-finished product leather isput into a die, and the temperature rises to 40-50 DEG C so that the leather is cooled; the die is put in a hydraulic machine for die pressing, wherein parameters of the hydraulic machine comprise 5-10 t of pressure and 100-110 DEG C of temperature; a foam material is poured on the leather after hydromantic pressure, and the foam material is formed by mixing the raw materials of 107-112 parts ofpolyurethane elastic material, 12-15 parts of isocyanate and 5-7 parts of fire retardant.
