Abstract | The invention relates to a system and a method for curing coating on optical fibers. In particular, a curing lamp system, LED bonding pad assemblies and a method for producing coated optical fibers through the curing lamp system and the LED bonding pad assemblies are described and are required to be protected at the place, wherein it is guaranteed that power input of each line is lower than certain values and/or the energy density is maintained to be higher than certain values. The curing lamp system and a using method of the curing lamp system comprise a plurality of light emitting diodes, and the light emitting diodes are allocated to input minimized power through maximized radiation intensity to provide commercial feasible coated optical fiber production. At least one row of non-contactcontinuous LED bonding pad assemblies are described and required to be protected, wherein at least one bonding pad comprises various effectively-allocated thin and long parts.
