The invention relates to a condensation and reheating integration type smoke plume white-eliminating system. The system comprises a denitration device, a flue gas waste heat utilization device, an electrostatic precipitator, a wet desulphurization device, an induced draft fan, a tail flue gas heater and a chimney which are connected in series in order, wherein the flue gas waste heat utilization device is used for recovering flue gas waste heat, and the tail flue gas heater is used for raising flue gas temperature.
