Abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing an organopolysiloxane-based adhesive with wide operating temperature domain. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a superfine silicon metal powder, a superfine aluminum metal powder, a superfine boron carbide powder and a superfine low temperature fusion glass powder into a mixture; ball-milling the mixture; dissolving siloxane MK resin inisopropanol to prepare a resin solution; and mixing the mixture and the resin solution into a glue solution, and the like. The adhesive prepared in the invention is mainly used for the connection andrepair of various high temperature resistant engineering materials in high temperature environment, thermal protection and antioxidant protection of surfaces of the high temperature resistant engineering materials, installation and connection of thermal protection system, sealing of seam parts, and the like.
