Abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing lead-free glass printing ink, and belongs to the technical field of glass printing ink processing. The method includes stirring and mixing high-purity oxide which is used as a raw material, calcining the high-purity oxide at the high temperatures to obtain mixed molten liquid, carrying out quenching and then carrying out ball-milling to obtain glasspowder; placing orange peel essential oil in high-temperature and high-humidity environments and allowing the orange peel essential oil to become mildewed; sealing and fermenting mildewed substances and then carrying out filtering to obtain fermentation filter liquor; preparing varnish from acrylic acid which is used as a raw material; mixing the glass powder, the fermentation filter liquor, the varnish and pigment with one another and then carrying out grinding reaction to obtain the lead-free glass printing ink.
