Abstract The invention relates to an establishing method for a liver-kidney deficiency syndrome animal model. The establishing method comprises the following steps: selecting a proper mouse, carrying out exhaustive swimming each day, enabling the mouse to take a rest for 1.5 hours after swimming, and suspending the mouse for 2 hours; carrying out molding for 6 days each week; subcutaneously injecting 20mg/kg of hydrazine acetylphenyl into the mouse in the 22th day and the 25th day during the molding, and intraperitoneally injecting 10mg/kg of cyclophosphamide into the mouse in each day for 4 days afterthe 25th day; observing the general conditions of the mouse during the molding, and respectively carrying out model evaluation by virtue of a mouse macro-index mark sheet and a four-diagnostic quantitative index established by virtue of the establishing method, wherein a result shows that the liver-kidney deficiency syndrome animal model can be established after 4 weeks of molding by virtue of amolding method.
