Abstract | The invention provides a purification system for persistent organic pollutants, such as polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), poly brominated diphenyl ethers (PBDESs) and chlorinated paraffins (CPs), in environmental solid media and a treatment method of the purification system. The purification system comprises a first extraction device, a first concentration device, a separation and purification device and a second concentration device which are arranged in sequence. The separation and purification device comprises a chromatographic column device and an automatic collection device. The automaticcollection device is located below the chromatographic column device. A composite column is arranged in the chromatographic column device. A purification layer and a dispersion layer are arranged inthe composite column.
