Abstract | The invention discloses a magnesium-aluminum alloy electric brush nickel plating process which comprise the following steps: S1, polishing an electric brush made of a magnesium-aluminum alloy by usinga polishing machine, washing with water, and drying in the air so as to obtain a test sample; S2, performing ultrasonic wave deoiling; S3, removing grease; S4, performing acidification and activation; S5, preparing a pre-plating liquid; S6, putting the pre-plating liquid into a container, heating to 80-90 DEG C, stirring the test sample treated in the step S4 in the pre-plating liquid for 2-3 hours, cleaning with clean water for 4-6 hours, drying in the air, and removing surface burrs; S7, preparing a plating liquid; S8, putting carbon nanotubes into the plating liquid till the content of thecarbon nanotubes is 0.6-1g/L, putting powdered activated carbon of 120 meshes or greater into the plating liquid till the content of the powdered activated carbon is 2g/L, and dipping a plating pen into the plating liquid to |
