Abstract The invention relates to a preparation method for a Fe-Cr-Mn-C-B/25CrMnSi aluminum electrolytic cell crust-breaking compound hammer, and belongs to the field of bimetal composites. According to the preparation method, a Fe-Cr-Mn-C-B alloy serves as the crust-breaking hammer, a ZG25CrMnSi low alloy high strength steel with excellent welding performance as a hammer handle, the two materials are composited by adopting a costing method, thus the service life of the crust-breaking hammer is effectively improved. 本发明涉及种制备Fe-Cr-Mn-C-B/25CrMnSi铝电解槽打壳复合锤头的制备方法,属于双金属复合材料领域。本发明以Fe-Cr-Mn-C-B合金为打壳锤头,以焊接性能优异的ZG25CrMnSi低合金高强度钢为锤柄,通过采用铸造的方法将两种材料复合在起,有效地提高了打壳锤头的使用寿命。
