Abstract | The invention discloses a low formaldehyde content polyurethane high resilience foam and a preparation method thereof. The low formaldehyde content polyurethane high resilience foam is obtained by adding black sesame component to the raw material formula of polyurethane high resilience foam. The preparation method of the low formaldehyde content polyurethane high resilience foam includes: drying black sesame seeds and performing crushing to a particle size of less than 150micrometer, then fully mixing the crushed black sesame seeds with polyol into a formaldehyde removing agent, adding the formaldehyde removing agent into polyol and mixing the substances evenly, then carrying out reaction with isocyanate to obtain polyurethane high resilience foam. The dosage of the black sesame seeds accounts for 1%-10% of the mass of polyol.
