The invention provides a car body lifting device. The car body lifting device comprises a support, a lifting hook pivoted to the support and an elastic reset part connected between the support and thelifting hook; the elastic reset part comprises a telescopic rod sleeve, a telescopic rod, an extension spring, a plurality of cams and a plurality of torsion springs; the telescopic rod comprises anend portion and a guiding pipe portion; the upper portion of the extension spring is contained in the upper portion of an upper cavity, and the upper end of the extension spring is fixed to a column portion of the telescopic rod sleeve; the lower portion of the extension spring is contained in a pipe cavity of the guiding pipe portion, and the lower end of the extension spring is fixed to the endportion; the cams are pivoted into notches formed in the lower end of the telescopic rod sleeve through pin shafts; and the torsion springs are arranged on the pin shafts in a sleeving mode, one end of each torsion spring abuts
