Summary: | The invention relates to the field of ceramic, and discloses a 3D printing ceramic material based on photo-curing and a preparing method thereof. The ceramic material is prepared by conducting 3D printing, photo-curing and sintering on ceramic ink; the ceramic ink is prepared from, by weight, 60-80 parts of ceramic powder, 2-4 parts of epoxy modified beta-cyclodextrin, 0.1-0.5 part of cation photoinitiator, 0.5-2 parts of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 3-7 parts of 25-35wt% hydrogen peroxide, 10-20 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 2-6 parts of glycerol and 2-8 parts of deionized water. The 3D printing ceramic material has a quick-curing capability, and the prepared ceramic ink is low in viscosity, high in mobility and suitable for ink jetting 3D printing.
