Abstract | The invention discloses a purification process of vitamin C glucoside. The purification process comprises the following steps: diluting feed liquid obtained by enzymatic reaction into 3 times and thenentering a chromatographic column for chromatography; eluting after the chromatography is ended, transferring eluent to a nano-filtration tank for nano-filtration through a cartridge filter in batches and then sequentially cooling and condensing by a thin film evaporation system and a thin film, transferring the feed liquid to a crystallization tank, carrying out crystallization for three times to obtain a product and drying the product to obtain a finished product. The purification process of the vitamin C glucoside, disclosed by the invention, has high practicality; the obtained product hashigh purity and can fully meet the requirements of customer.
