Abstract | A personalized acetabular-bone posterior-column screw-setting drill die prepared through 3D printing comprises a body of a triangular frame structure, wherein the body comprises two main positioning pins, an auxiliary positioning pin, a main supporting wall and two auxiliary supporting walls. A preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, target acetabular-bone medical image data is obtained; 2, a central point set of a target acetabular-bone posterior-column zone is obtained; 3, the maximum inscribed cylinder of the target acetabular-bone posterior column is determined; 4, the outer diameter of a bone-connecting screw is initially selected, and the central axis of a corresponding screw-setting channel is determined; 5, the outer diameter of the bone-connecting screw is adjusted and controlled to solve the problem that a guiding drill die channel and an ilium ala possibly intervened with each other; 6, the outer diameter of the bone-connecting screw is further adjusted andcontrolled to meet the, d |
