Abstract | The invention provides spinel type superfine green nano-ceramic pigment and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1) a Co salt and a Ti source are dissolved in distilled water and stirred properly with a glass rod until complete dissolution; 2) a stabilizer is added; 3) pH is regulated to 5.0-7.0; 4) a certain quantity of a crosslinking agent is added to the mixedsolution, and a gelatinous solution is formed; 5) in terms of Co and Ti for the Co salt and the Ti source, the mass ratio of the stabilizer, the crosslinking agent, Ti and Co is (3.95-4.05):(0.95-1.05):(0.95-1.05):(1.95-2.05); 6) the gelatinous solution is evaporated; 7) heat treatment and grinding are performed, and green TiCo2O4 ceramic pigment as a product is obtained. The ceramic pigment hasthe advantages of small particle size, good dispersity, bright color, good stability and high infrared reflectivity.
