Abstract | The invention belongs to the field of a polyetheretherketone polymer material, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a polyetheretherketone-based lithium battery separator. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) chlorosulfonated fluorine monomer synthesis; (2) sulfonated polyetheretherketone synthesis; (3) solution mixing; (4) film formation and drying; and (5) hole formation and drying. The polyetheretherketone-based lithium battery separator prepared by the method has the following performance of electron insulativity, electrolyte corrosion resistance, enough chemical and electrochemical stability and relatively good dynamic property, and mechanical isolation of a positive electrode and a negative electrode is ensured.
