The embodiment of the invention provides a physiological sensing prompter comprising a sensor, a processor, and an alarm device. The sensor is used for collecting a temperature and/or humidity of a to-be-monitored position. The sensor is used for comparing the temperature with a preset temperature value and the humidity with a preset humidity value; and when the temperature is greater than the preset temperature value and/or the humidity is greater than the preset humidity value, an alarm trigger instruction is sent out. The alarm device is used for receiving the alarm trigger instruction andsending out an alarm signal based on the alarm trigger instruction.
