Abstract The invention discloses a display panel, a fabrication method thereof and a display device. The display panel comprises a substrate, a light-emitting layer and a light beam diffusion layer, wherein the light-emitting layer is arranged on the substrate, the light beam diffusion layer is arranged at one side of a light giving-out surface of the light-emitting layer, the light-emitting layer comprises a plurality of pixel units which are arranged in an array way, each pixel unit at least comprises a red light-emitting unit, a green light-emitting unit and a blue light-emitting unit, the light beam diffusion unit comprises a light beam diffusion component corresponding to at least one pixel unit, and the light beam diffusion component is used for expanding a giving-out light beam of the corresponding pixel unit.
