Abstract The invention discloses a fully-loaded spindle mounting device. The fully-loaded spindle mounting device comprises a rack, a conveying device and a push device, wherein the rack is vertically arranged, and the conveying device is arranged on the rack. The conveying device comprises a circular conveying component and an electric driving device, wherein the electric driving device is suitable for driving the circular conveying component to circularly rotate in a vertical plane. Second spindle mounting rods are fixed to the outer side of the circular conveying component in the circumferential direction in a spaced manner. The distance between every two second spindle mounting rods is the same as that between every two first spindle mounting rods, adjacent to each other in the vertical direction, on a spindle bracket. The push device comprises a push rod, wherein the push rod is driven by a push rod driving device to move outwards so that fully-loaded spindles can break away from the second spindle mounting rods.
