Summary:The present invention relates to a preparation method of trichiniasis vaccine of pig. The trichinella spiralis body is collected in the period that imaginal uterus of trichinella spiralis is pregnant with a lot of mature larvae so as to prepare imago and larva mixed antigen. Its imaginal culture in vitro uses 1640 culture solution in which ATP, various amino acids and treated pig serum are added. Said vaccine can induce animal to produce imaginal antibody and larval antibody for resisting trichinella spiralis, so that the trichinella spiralis reduced rate can be up to about 90%.
