The invention relates to a forming process of a bracelet with a thread locking function. The forming process comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out compression molding; (2) carrying out primary polishing: respectively putting a body part and a locking part into two vibrating type polishing machines, wherein containers are internally filled with multiple polishing balls and polishing solutions; (3) carrying out secondary polishing: separately putting the body part and the locking part, which are treated in the step (2), into a drum polishing machine, wherein containers are internally filled with multiple polishing balls and polishing solutions; (4) carrying out tapping processing: respectively drilling a first through hole and a second through hole at the two ends of the body part,and processing external threads on the external surface of a fixed rod of the locking part; (5) carrying out surface treatment; (6) installing and fixing.
