Abstract | The invention discloses a portable wire cutting device for a steel ingot sample. The device comprises a wire rack system, a drive system, a multi-axis moving device and a magnetic chuck, wherein the wire rack system comprises a corner wheel I, a corner wheel II, a transition wheel, a steering wheel, a wire rack I and a wire rack II; the drive system comprises a wire storage barrel, a wire barrel motor and a molybdenum wire, the wire barrel motor provides power drive for operation of the cutting wire; the molybdenum wire is a closed molybdenum wire loop connected end to end, and winds around the corner wheel I, the corner wheel II, the transition wheel and the wire storage barrel to form a closed loop continuous cutting line, and an object is linearly cut by the molybdenum wire during running of the cutting line; the multi-axis moving device comprises an X-axis platform, an X-axis motor, a Y-axis platform and a Y-axis motor; the magnetic chuck is a cylinder with a strip-shaped permanentmagnet or constant magne |
