Abstract | The invention discloses ceramic pug and a ceramic product thereof. The ceramic pug comprises 8-13 parts of red soil, 30-40 parts of porcelain sand, 17-27 parts of fine mud, 30-40 parts of porcelain clay, 1-9 parts of quartz and 0.5-1 part of mineralized additives. The red soil with a relatively high iron content is used, and the content of Fe2O3 in the formula is 2.0-2.3% so that it can be guaranteed that a formed ceramic porcelain body has a stable brown color; meanwhile, the surplus Fe2O3 in the formula is combined with Na2O in the Hengshan fine mud (Na2O AL2O3 SiO2) to achieve a fluxing cooling function so that the product can be formed through quick firing at the medium temperature of 1255-1270 DEG C. Compared with a traditional porcelain making technology, the energy loss is greatly reduced; under the condition, the water absorption rate of the prepared brown ceramic finished product is 1% or below; meanwhile, the content of SiO2 in the pug formula is 70% or above so that a kiln change effect of decorati |
