Abstract | An anti-MRSA naphthalene compound and a preparing method are disclosed. The molecule formula of the naphthalene compound is C H O4, and the compound is named as naphthalde B. A rice solid fermentation product of a phomopsis sp. strain CGMCC M2017632 is adopted as a raw material of the method, and extract extraction, column chromatography on silica gel, high-performance liquid chromatography,and other steps are performed to obtain the naphthalene compound. A broth microdilution method is adopted to measure activity of the naphthalde B for a staphylococcus aureus standard strain ATCC25923and for a methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus standard strain ATCC43300, with MIC being 4 [mu]g/mL and 16 [mu]g/mL respectively. The compound has a simple structure and good activity, canbe adopted as a lead compound of inhibiting methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus, and has a good application prospect.
