Abstract The invention provides a coupled inductor and a voltage regulation module comprising the same. The coupled inductor comprises a magnetic core and windings; the magnetic core comprises a first magneticcolumn, a second magnetic column and a third magnetic column which extend in the first direction, and two cover plates which extend in the second direction; the first magnetic column is arranged between the second magnetic column and the third magnetic column; the two cover plates are connected with the end parts of the first magnetic column, the second magnetic column and third magnetic column separately; the windings comprise a first winding and a second winding which are wound around the first magnetic column separately; and the first winding and the second winding are isolated mutually inthe first direction, wherein air gaps are formed in the magnetic core, and the windings and the air gaps are not overlaid mutually.
