Abstract | The invention discloses a manufacturing method for single-phase breather paper. The method comprises the steps that one-dimensional paper is put in a perforating machine, only four fifths of a circleis formed for each hole, a membrane is continuously formed on the paper on each hole, meanwhile, holes are formed in protective paper, the protective paper is the same as the one-dimensional paper inpunching size, holes are also formed in supporting paper, and the diameter of holes in the supporting paper is larger than the aperture in the one-dimensional paper; the supporting paper is stuck to the front face of the one-dimensional paper, the center lines of the holes in the supporting paper are aligned to the center lines of the one-dimensional paper, then, the supporting paper is stuck to the back face of the one-dimensional paper, the center lines of the holes in the supporting paper are staggered with the center lines of the holes in the one-dimensional paper, and the supporting papershields some membranes; th |
