Abstract | The invention discloses a clamping device of a Leeb hardness tester for detecting the hardness of a pipeline. The clamping device is mainly composed of three parts including a pipeline clamping and fixing part, a Leeb hardness tester fixing part and a sliding rail block for the hardness tester to axially slide along a pipeline. By adopting the device, the Leeb hardness tester can be firmly fixed on a detected pipeline and is used for supporting the pipeline very well, so that a phenomenon that the measurement accuracy is influenced through relative displacement or springing in a measurement process is prevented; meanwhile, the Leeb hardness tester can be strictly moved along the axial direction of the detected pipeline through a sliding rail, so that researches and analysis are convenientto carry out. By adopting the device disclosed by the invention, the measurement accuracy of the Leeb hardness tester can be effectively improved.
