Abstract | The invention discloses a parallel multi-stage energy-dissipation flexible protection system for rapid assessment of disaster impact grades and a disaster impact grade rapid assessment method. The parallel multi-stage energy-dissipation flexible protection system comprises steel columns (101), a protection net (102) and support ropes (103). The support ropes at the upper end pass through the topsof all the steel columns (101) and are laterally stretched to the side slopes for anchoring by the steel columns on the two ends, and the support ropes (103) at the lower end pass through the bottomsof all the steel columns (101) and are laterally stretched to the side slopes for anchoring by the steel columns on the two ends.
