Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer materials, and particularly relates to a high-strength modified SEBS (styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene block co-polymer) nano-composite material and a preparation method thereof. The modified SEBS nano-composite material is prepared from components in parts by weight as follows: 100 parts of SEBS, 30-120 part of paraffin oil, 15-30 parts ofpolypropylene, 5-26 parts of nano-silica, 0.1-0.5 parts of a coupling agent and 20-30 parts of a scratch-resistant aid. The SEBS is modified with nano-silica and polypropylene, nano-silica is treatedby the coupling agent, so that dispersibility of nano-silica in a matrix can be effectively improved, agglomeration can be effectively reduced, and the modified SEBS material has higher strength and low shrinkage under the condition of high material transparency.
