The invention relates to a barrel welding jig comprising a strutting piece used for being sleeved with a barrel and a pressing member which is used for pressing the barrel to the strutting piece; thestrutting piece is provided with a barrel installation end where the barrel is arranged; one end, away from the barrel installation end, of the pressing member is hinged to the strutting piece; two ends in the length direction of the pressing member are separately arranged with adapting pieces which are used for fixing the pressing member to the strutting piece. When welding, firstly, the pressingmember is turned and opened, the strutting piece is sleeved with the barrel from the barrel installation end, and then the welding is in progress; the adapting pieces are opened after welding, the pressing member is rotated to one side away from the strutting piece to exit the barrel.
