A rotary partitioned lift comprises a carrying bin, a rotary assembly and a movable door. The carrying bin comprises a carrying bin bottom plate, a carrying bin outer frame and a carrying bin top cover. The rotary assembly comprises a rotary driver, a rotary bottom plate, a rotary shaft and a partition frame. A rotary main body is mounted on the carrying bin bottom plate. The rotary shaft is arranged on the rotary bottom plate in a penetrating mode. The partition frame is mounted on the rotary bottom plate. The rotary driver is used for driving the rotary bottom plate to rotate.
