Abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of an adiponitrile hydrogenation catalyst. The method comprises the steps of adding a silane-modified mesoporous silicon dioxide carrier into a nickel saline solution, aging and drying, roasting under an inert atmosphere, carrying out hydrogen gas reduction, air roasting, and carrying out hydrogen gas high-temperature reduction to obtain the catalyst. The catalyst prepared by the invention is uniform in active component distribution, and is used for selective hydrogenation of adiponitrile, so that the conversion ratio of the adiponitrile and the selectivity of primary amine are higher; in addition, a large number of alkali liquor has no need to be added during a reaction process, so that the environmental pollution can be reduced, and the operability is greatly improved. 本发明公开了种己二腈加氢催化剂的制备方法。本发明往镍盐水溶液中加入硅烷改性的中孔二氧化硅载体中,经老化、干燥后,惰性气氛焙烧、氢气还原、空气焙烧、氢气高温还原得催化剂。本发明制得的催化剂活性组分分布均匀,用于己二腈选择性加氢反应,己二腈的转化率和伯胺的选择性均较高,并且反应过程中无需加大量的碱液,能减少对环境的污染,大大提高可操作性。
AbstractList The invention discloses a preparation method of an adiponitrile hydrogenation catalyst. The method comprises the steps of adding a silane-modified mesoporous silicon dioxide carrier into a nickel saline solution, aging and drying, roasting under an inert atmosphere, carrying out hydrogen gas reduction, air roasting, and carrying out hydrogen gas high-temperature reduction to obtain the catalyst.
