The invention discloses a boron-molybdenum integrated dispersing agent and a preparing method and application thereof. The dispersing agent contains a boron element and a molybdenum element, and boronatoms and molybdenum atoms are connected through B-N bonds and Mo-N bonds. The preparing method comprises the steps of at least mixing a dispersing agent, a diluent which can be optionally added or not, a boronizing agent and a molybdenuming agent to conduct a primary-period reaction, afterwards removing unreacted stuff which may be residual, conducting a secondary-period reaction, and finally obtaining a target product through aftertreatment.
