Abstract The invention discloses a camera separating method and equipment. Automated separating and material picking and placing of a camera are achieved through mutual cooperation of a camera jig feeding part, a steel sheet adhesive paper separating part, a camera material plate feeding part, a camera picking and placing part, a steel sheet recovery part and a material-plate plateful material receiving part. According to the camera separating equipment, the design is reasonable, maintenance is simple, the needed operational capabilities are achieved and the needed ergonomics requirements are met, andthe camera separating equipment has the characteristics of being rapid, stable and accurate in the working process; defects of a traditional machining mode are made up, so that an original complex manual operation mode is replaced by mechanical automated technology production, and therefore the production efficiency is greatly improved; and the production cost is effectively controlled, and the product quality is ensured
