Abstract | The invention discloses a polyester polyurethane solar backboard adhesive comprising the components: modified acrylic resin, bisphenol A epoxy resin, poly(phthalic acid anhydride) diethylene glycol ester, hexamethylene diisocyanate, polyether diol containing sulfonate, ethylenediamine and propanone. The invention provides the polyester polyurethane solar backboard adhesive and a preparation methodthereof. When a polyurethane elastomer is prepared by using isocyanate with a symmetric structure, chain segments of the elastomer contain symmetric structures, the attractive force among the chain segments is increased, the crystallinity is enhanced, and the mechanical property is improved; and meanwhile, a poly(phthalic acid anhydride) diethylene glycol ester material is used, wherein the cohesive energy of a hard segment is increased due to the existence of a rigid benzene ring structure, and a hard-phase micro-region is easily formed among soft segments to make the elastomer be subjectedto micro-phase separation, |
