Abstract | The invention relates to industrial production methods of trans-1,4-butadiene-isoprene copolymer rubber (TBIR), and a device for implementing the method. The production method I comprises the steps ofsending a preset amount of a solvent, butadiene and isoprene into a polymerization device, and carrying out solution copolymerization in presence of a catalyst to obtain the TBIR. The production method II comprises the steps of sending a solvent, butadiene and isoprene into a polymerization reactor according to a preset dosage, carrying out solution copolymerization in presence of a catalyst, andmaintaining the molar ratio of the butadiene and the isoprene in the system to obtain the TBIR. After polymer slurry is terminated and coagulated, colloidal particles are dried, granulated and packaged. The solvent and unreacted monomers return the polymerization device or a storage tank after being separated and refined.
