Abstract | The invention provides organic mung bean sprout juice healthcare drink and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of food. A raw material formula of the organic mung bean sprout juice healthcare drink comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-50 percent of raw mung bean sprout juice liquid, 0.1-0.5 percent of pectin, 4-8 percent of cane sugar, 0.01-0.08 percent of citric acid, 0.01-0.05 percent of agar, 0.01-0.08 percent of sodium citrate, 0.05-0.15 percent of vitamin C, 0.01-0.1 percent of isovitamin C and the balance of water. The drink is uniform and consistent in color and luster, pure in taste and smell and free from odor, has unique fragrance of mung bean sprouts and is cool, sour, sweet and palatable in mouth feeling, free from bitter taste; all raw materials are purely natural, do not contain ingredients harmful to a human body, can better ensure the food safety and is beneficial to people's health after being eaten, thereby being apurely-natural healthcar |
