Abstract | The invention discloses a rotation speed fuzzy control chemical mechanical system. A main control station is provided with a fuzzy control device and a processor. The fuzzy control device comprises adifferentiator, a derivator, a fuzzification interface, an output conversion module, an inference engine and a knowledge base, a rotation speed sensor provides a rotation speed measured by the rotation speed sensor to the differentiator, the differentiator calculates an error value E through subtraction of a set rotation speed input by an operator from the measured rotation speed, the derivator calculates an error change rate dE/dt through the derivator through the error value E, the error value E and the error change rate dE/dt are provided for the fuzzification interface, and the error valueE and the error change rate dE/dt are subjected to fuzzification assignment.
