Abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of physical and chemical inspection of harmful substance residues in paper for cigarettes and in particular relates to a determination method for detecting a fat-soluble coloring agent in the paper for cigarettes; the determination method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, shearing the paper for cigarettes; carrying out ultrasonic extraction; after carrying out extraction and purification on a dispersed solid phase of an extracting solution and centrifuging, directly filtering and determining the fat-soluble coloring agent in paper sheets by utilizing an ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
