The invention provides a reducer distribution adjustment system which comprises a distributed measurement system, a control system and a reducer distribution adjustment unit, wherein the distributed measurement system performs distributed sampling on a cross section of an SCR (selective catalytic reduction) inlet flue, measures NOx concentration data of sampling gas of a distributed sampling point, and obtains NOx concentration field data of an SCR inlet; the control system determines a distribution adjustment strategy of a reducer based on the NOx concentration field data of the SCR inlet measured by the distributed measurement system; and the reducer distribution adjustment unit performs distribution adjustment on the reducer based on the distribution adjustment strategy, and feeds back a distribution adjustment result to the control system to allow the control system to adjust the distribution adjustment strategy of the reducer based on the distribution adjustment result.
