The preparing method of the microspheres includes the steps that polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate are completely mixed and dissolved in water, a certain amount of tannin is added, reacted and mixed uniformly, and the mixed solution is added dropwise into a calcium chloride-boric acid solution to prepare the hydrogel microspheres. The hydrogel microspheres are high instability, free of agglomeration, low in cost, stable in performance, capable of being recycled and free of secondary pollution, and widely applied in the dye sewage treatment field, and the preparing process is simple and high in operability and repeatability.
