A preparation method of the liquid-state fresh and sweet tea beverage comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning and draining fresh and sweet tea, putting the tea into a low-temperature freezing crusher, and carrying out crushing, so as to obtain fresh and sweet tea ultra-fine powder; (2) putting the fresh and sweet tea ultra-fine powder into sterile water, and extracting at the room temperature, so as to obtain a fresh and sweet extracting solution; (3) adding 0.03% of citric acid, 0.08% of a preservative, 0.06% of a stabilizer and 5% of honey, and uniformly stirring, so as to obtain a semi-finished product; and (4) respectively packaging the semi-finished product of the liquid-state fresh and sweet tea beverage, sterilizing the semi-finished product at (-80)-(-90) for at least 24 hours, and storing at the room temperature.
