Abstract | The invention relates to a pyrolysis treatment process technology for oily sludge and is applied to researching a thermal treatment effect of the oily sludge and an energy-saving process of a system. The technology is characterized in that the oily sludge successively enters a preheating section, a low temperature section, an intermediate temperature section and a high temperature section of a device for pyrolysis, and gas generated by pyrolysis is condensed and recycled; and generated oil and water enter a phase separator for oil water separation, the separated oil phase enters an oil storage tank to be recycled, the separated water phase enters a stripping tower to continuously separate and reflux an oil fraction, the purity of which is not high, from the tower top, and cleaning water reaching the standard is separated from the tower bottom.
