Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of petroleum processing, and more specifically relates to a method used for recycling reaction energy. According to the method, a main air blower is used for increasing the operation pressure of an entire reaction-regeneration system, a smoke machine is used for realizing output of more electric energy, an added reaction oil-gas turbo expander is used for recycling reaction oil-gas pressure energy and high temperature segment heat energy, the recycled energy is outputted, or is used for driving a rich gas compressor or used for electricity generation; the second law energy efficiency is much higher than that of waste heat boilers and recycled oil slurry steam generation. According to the method, only a reaction oil gas inlet main fractionator oil transfer line is provided with the turbo expander, so that the method is suitable for old equipment modification and new equipment construction.
