Sm-Co-based alloyed fully-amorphous powder is prepared by conducting high-energy ball milling on the Sm-Co-based alloyed rapid-quenching ribbons, then the Sm-Co-based alloyed fully-amorphous powder is pressed into blocks by a hydraulic machine, and finally, the pressed Sm-Co based alloyed blocks are placed into a magnetic thermal treatment furnace to be subjected to magnetic thermal treatment.
