Abstract | A driving assistant method for a vehicle comprising a driving assistant system and an energy storage device, which comprises the following steps: providing a warning signal by the driving assistant system, if residual capacity of the energy storage device reaches a tolerance status which is determined by comparison between the residual capacity of the energy storage device and required energy capacity for supporting the vehicle to reach the next available at least one energy supply station, and releasing reserve capacity of the energy storage device according to the warning signal.
