Abstract | The invention provides a real time load calculation method considering thermal inertia of a building and a solar radiation effect. The method comprises that an outdoor comprehensive temperature simplified calculation model considering the solar radiation effect and absorption characteristics of the building for solar radiation is put forward, an outdoor comprehensive equivalent temperature simplified calculation model considering the thermal inertia of the building, that is, considering that the effect of an outdoor temperature on the interior of a room has attenuation and delay, and finally a real time heating load calculation model comprehensively considering the thermal inertia of the building and the solar radiation effect is finally put forward.
